Snow Drops ..they're here!

Dear Garden Enthusiasts

Like you, I just can't wait to go out and work in the garden once again...we still have till end of February before I could start my dance of joy in the garden....It's still too cold for many plants to wake up or to start growing...Ah...Can't wait...can't wait!!

For the moment, we can see the first of the flowering bulbs out in the garden! Yes, this gets me very excited....Snow Drops are here....it means Spring is coming!!

They're not very big flower variety but they are so pretty....!

My big girl went to the garden to take a good look at them with her camera! Yes, they're gorgeous!!

The flowers nod their heads facing the ground...and we often wonder what beauty does our ground have to face everyday while they last...

The camera was laid on the ground and we saw the other side of it's prettiness....

Indeed,  God created beautiful things for us all to enjoy....I feel happy:)

Sincerely

Annie

  1. Hi Annie! I like gardening too but I do not have a big garden like yours. My plants are grown in pots placed in my balconies.

I could feel you happiness from this post. Recently, I had successfully grown Fangipani plant in a pot by cutting the branch from a full grown tree. Flowers start to blossom weeks ago and I was so so very happy. Like you.

    1. Alvin, You don't need a big garden to enjoy growing things. You are a successful man to be able to propagate Fangipani plant without cost. It's a beautiful plant and it cost a lot of money to buy in garden centres...I want to learn and experience what you've succeeded on:) I'm happy for you too!

    1. Amelia, we used to live in a very small apartment with a very tiny balconey...I filled it with potted plants and in the end I have no space to dry my clothes washing...but I was happy with my little flowers and a handful of tomatoes:)

  3. Oooo...pretty flowers. We display those white (and they have red these days) pussy willows for Chinese New Year. My missus stuck a few cuttings in some soil in a pot and lo and behold! They started sprouting leaves and the buds began to flower - see that in my blog post tomorrow.
