Studs On Old Wooden Door

Dear Family & Friends

The recent loss of my brother to ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, an incurable motor neuron disease) is just too much to bear. For the moment I can't see any inspiration to write for in my journal...so, I will have to take a break ....

Life is sometimes marked with studs, like this old wooden door.

Many studs on an old wooden door

I've probably got one too many...but I'm sure it's what develops a character later on. I will be back once I've got my quiet moments.

Yours
