A happy meatless meal

Dear Family & Friends 

From time to time, I insist on happy meatless meal. Here's my homegrown pumpkin cooked in coconut milk with kale and chickpeas, topped with gojiberries. Sprinkled with fresh garden herbs of rosemary and parsley too. Together with steamed rice, this makes a well balanced meal. Life couldn't be better than this!! 


Let's take care of ourselves and aim to always keep healthy too. It's very sunny here, so I'm off to the garden to get my free sunshine vitamin. Hope you're all keeping well too.
