Coveting for Glass Gem Corn

This is the rage in gardening world...glass gem corn! You would understand why...

Must admit...I'm coveting this too!!

Corn is definitely worth planting! It's easy to grow and a freshly harvested corn, straight from the garden taste so sweet!

My little girl is on search for food...first thing in the morning!

She found some....

Just checking to see if it is ready, by looking at the size, and when the golden silky hairs has started to turn brownish in colour...

This will do!

Although it's not rainbow coloured, yet, this one is definitely a sweet corn... everybody's favourite!

I suppose, if our corn came out with vibrant rainbow colours like these....we probably would hesitate eating it! ...you reckon??

  1. I love corn - the sweet corn variety. Getting more and more expensive here, can't really afford anymore - will eat once in a while only. Eyewwww...wouldn't wanna eat the colourful ones - look like imitation jewellery.
